1. Orders are subject to product availability and confirmation.

2. Customers must record a clear, continuous unboxing video from opening the package for any damage or defect claim.

3. Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.

4. Products must be unused, unwashed and in original condition with tags intact.

5. Exchange is applicable only for genuine issues such as stitching defects, shrinkage, damage or incorrect products.

6. SHIVOX reserves the right to verify the product before approving an exchange.
   

Any legal proceedings arising hereunder shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore.
